how work tracking number on paypal? I sold item and buyer ask me ship it to diffident address so money will be release after one day after confirmation as delivered ? if buyer use different address

You should NOT be sending it to a different address than the one on his paypal account. For all you know hes a scammer using a stolen paypal account.
And you should know that you will NOT be covered in case a chargeback and the funds will NOT be released since delivery is not being made to the registered address.

Yes, they will release if it's not made to the registered address, I had a tracking number wrongfully attached to another order and it was released.

Tell your buyer to add that address to his Paypal account ,you will cancel and refund his payment,then he will resent with this new address.
If he files item not received,you will lose

Hmmm i did that before many times and they didn't release even if i submit a right tracking on paypal it won't release too until i submit it on ebay

For you to be safe, I suggest you let him cancel the order. And re-order with the different or corrected address. In this way, you can avoid of being scammed by the buyer - claiming that you have delivered the item to the wrong address. And be sure to only communicate with your buyers within the eBay site.

For example. If you buy something with paypal from someone in your city. Then email them and say "hey I will pick up the item, you can save the cost of postage". You pick up the item. Then open dispute. They will give you the money back and you keep item for free and this poor person will have unresolved dispute on his record.

It is very important always ship to paypal confirmed address.

If you ship to the confirmed address after 1 day you get your money. If you ship to different address they keep item and you never get money. Is simple.

After confirmed delivered through the tracking details, funds should be available 2-3 days. That's the usual holding and releasing of funds. But this is by case to case basis. It may be different from your other transactions (holds can be up to 21 days).

You need to send to the address in paypal. Sure is possible buyer is honest but if you send to some different address and buyer opens case item not received, paypal will ask to provide tracking number. This tracking number will show a different address so you lose case. 100000% they don't care if you show some email, blah blah blah.

It was scam before, buy something local on ebay, pay by paypal and pick up item and then make item not received case. They can't prove so you keep item free.

Refund and ask buyer to send money again with correct address. If an honest buyer 100% they will do it.

Paypal will release the payment if it is delivered to the address in the paypal payment notice you received.
not to any address.

OP, listen to everyone, they have told you multiple times to not ship to a different address.

So tell the buyer that you are shipping to the registered address.

OP wants to make the sale,he wants us to tell him he will get his money after his item is delivered to an alternative address.
