Can I do this?
 

So a while back on Ebay I was selling a few things and randomly I was banned out of thin air. I was unable to respond to any cases and lost every single one on ebay. I was wondering is it possible to open up a case on PayPal and get the funds back and is it to late? This happened in January.

To get the funds I lost from selling the items. I actually shipped the items and the items were delivered to the correct address.

You want to open a case against who exactly? Your buyers?

No you can't do that.

That's creative way of thinking but unfortunately it won't work.

However if you'd tell us more details such as:

1. What type of products you sold
2. did you ship with tracking
3. are these stealth accounts?
4. what were the suspension notes

Tell us more so we can identify the issue and help you avoid it in the future.

Those people have their funds back and theres no way to open a 'reverse claim' to get those funds back now.

You can't open a case. When you are suspended ebay side with the buyer 100%.

Buyers always have the upper hand in this instance.

I know that's not what you wanted to hear, but you can't get your money back simply because you think you were ripped off.

if they open a case on Paypal,you can appeal,provided your Paypal account is still valid.
But with Ebay,??you should have called EBAY when they filed claim,now it is too late.
You can try sending them a notice for the money they owed you,either using their email address on Paypal or vis USPS

try wording it in such a way that tracking shows it has been delivered and they must have received the item in good order,and it is USPS fraud if they claim otherwise.

Absolutely nothing paypal will help you with. Im my experience most people are honest, you might want to email them, politely explain the situation and beg to send money to another account. 50%+ will understand.
