Paypal can't add bank account
 

It says "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."
This is a new card and bank account

I have the same kind of issue before. They said that there's something in their system stopping me to add new card/bank. But it was fixed by the rep i talked to, right there and then.

In UK It often happens when the bank account is brand new when you add, you need to wait a day.

Today I added a bank to PP and when I requested to sent the deposit, it said something about a technical errror, although the bank was added

Leave the account alone for 48 hours and try adding only the card. Adding the bank maybe will take a month or so before this goes away. There are a ton of other posts on this forum with the same issue.

I would stop doing business on the account and hope that this security block goes away in time. Move on to another account for now. Depending on why this block is in place, it may not go away for some time and it's too early to tell if it will ever go away as this is a new security feature that Paypal has been ramping up with the new policy update.

It is quite common now. It is almost like Paypal does not want new business.

Yeah Paypal can crash and burn and I wouldn't piss on the fire to put it out. I might take a dump on it though.

I had the same issue with one of my accounts last week and i called paypal at 5am with 0 wait time and the amazing philipina rep unblocked the secuirty issue within min and be able to add more than one bank account now just call them don't be afraid
