Public Database Questions
 

I came across a thread recently where someone was talking about a service you could use to find out answers to public database questions- one that had a free trial or something.

I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find it. Can anyone tell me what the service is?

There isn't any one service, there are tons of furnishers of public data online. A simple google search will bring up a ton of them.

There are free ones (such as zabasearch) which focus more on address history, and others that will give you more comprehensive info, but often those are paid.

You are unlikely to find a service that is free that will provide you the same detail as the records questions that PayPal is asking. Even so, there are plenty of services that will, but those will cost something.
