PayPal asking to verify your U.S. taxpayer status
 

I got banned my from my PayPal 2 months ago from selling on eBay and since then I've been using my sisters PayPal account. Today I got a notification on my sisters PayPal to verify my U.S. Taxpayer status. Should I go ahead and use my sisters SSN or ITIN or mine, but my SSN is linked to my old account and I don't want to get this new PayPal account also banned. What do you guys recommend I do? And how do I go on paying taxes if it's in my sisters name?

if you are using your sister Paypal account,then it should be her SS number,a 1099 will go to her if she exceeds 200 transactions and $20K in a year.

If you add your SSN then your sister's account will get banned for sure.

that would be overkill.
if she is using her sister Paypal account,then it should be her sister SSN and 1099 will be sent to her sister and IRS for that SSN if she exceeds 200 tran and $20k,common sense she aint have

she could louse up her sister account and get her into trouble with IRS?

Well silly just send in hers and stop selling when you get to 17K, problem solved, THIS ISNT Rocket Surgery or Brain Science
