Sending payment
 
Are anyone have problems sending payment?

We can't sent your payment right not. Ir problem continues contact to support

How to slove it? Wait a 1 weeks nothing changed.


Also how about quick security check. I don't have phone number for my account I already add new one but it not show on quick security check so I can't sent payment

Any ideas?

Try few countries, Germany, UK, Italy, Australia

Same problems. account are aged..

After how long did you change the phone number? Generally I don't change it, just wait until it goes away. Is everything else working on the account, withdrawals, purchases?

I changed about 3-4weeks
No, nothing working I can't pay getting error or quick security check which I can't pass because old phone number is no longer available

By the way how you access to your stealth account? VPN, RDP, or what? Maybe I have connection problems?
Do you know how to check are me connection is good for PayPal?

Yes I have cookies. I'm connecting with RDP to UK country UK rdp for example. Nothing change if I change IP address or something like this. I need suggestion what I can try to do that my problem will be sloved? How to know are my connection is good for PayPal?

I would have a look at the IP your using first

Are you trying to send the money via goods and services or friends and family?

88.98.55.97
87.139.105.58
31.168.67.169

I think it is good?

He means if it is a VPN or proxie compared to a cell phone tethering.

That first IP is from UK and the last from Israel.

How I said in past I have few stealth account in diferent countries.
UK account I use UK IP and etc...

Question is how to pass my problem

I think changing the number could have done it, I've had the same error hundreds of times in many countries across Europe and it's always gone away.

I use VPN's, never a problem

But phone not change if I get a quick security check I see my older phone number

wait up to 90 days for the new number to show and only if you are able to delete the old number first.

But How I understand my issue that connection is not secure then I'm asking to get quick security check?

Yea it is no problem to wait but What I should do if I get error when try sending payment we can't proccess your payment right now?? What then? Where is problem?

Nobody knows other than it normally goes away if you STOP trying and waiting. I try to log in everyday, create browsing history and then tray after a few days.

IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING!!
