Withdrawing issues
 

Seems PayPal will not allow you withdraw instantly when you just added a new bank and mostly wait for a couple of days,especially on limited account that just completed 180 days.

Anyone noticed such?

did Paypal give you a message stating why ?

They said nothing about it.
The error message is " there's a problem, we can not transfer funds to your bank right now ".

It is VERY hard to add a bank account to a limited paypal these days. Heck, it is hard to add a bank account to a good paypal account oftentimes now.

Your option is to wait a few days. Of it does not work, wait 7 more days. It of still does not work, wait 30 days.

I have one account that I still can not add a bank account with $385 in it from 2015. If paypal does not believe you are who you say you are, they make it nearly impossible to get the funds.

I understand completely.

The answer is still the same. The new security basically makes you wait or call in but 90% of the time, they tell you a bot blocks it and try in a few days.

Dont know what else to tell you other than Call paypal and ask them.

if you have done everything and tried everything got them to send you text etc and still doesnt work.....try logging into the app on a phone. I got this for days they said we dont see any issues i was like WTF i cant withdraw...so one day i had this genius idea and used the app on some random walmart wifi and it worked like a charm. good luck bud.

oh one more thing, never try to withdraw more than 100 each time. I had 3k in one paypal and withdrew all in 100s 30 times in a row LOL

what I dont understand is how does Paypal KNOW the routing number and the bank account you entered is not some one else account,if you cannot or does not verify the name on the account?
