Can I use Paypal when using VPN
 

Hi guys,

I was wondering if I can use Paypal to pay some stuffs when using VPN (sometimes you just need a VPN to open websites overseas). Will my Paypal get blocked? Maybe I can't even make the payment. :pout:

Are you using that VPN for the first time?
I'll not suggest you do that since your account might be flagged for unauthorized access.
PayPal will hold your account until you call them to confirm that it's you.

Yes I haven’t used the VPN yet. So if I can confirm it’s me, will PayPal allow me to finish the purchase? Thanks WEI!

The paypal account youre referring to - is it Chinese?
Also, using a VPN from a different country to access your paypal which is based in your own country will almost certainly lead to a limitation.

Using VPN are OKay but using Anonymous-VPN violates PayPal's User Agreement. If your PayPal account triggered reg-flag, your account got soft-limited and PayPal asks you to change your Password and Security Questions and login with your real ip address that you signed up. Once you've done this, you need to Email PayPal and they manually review your account and If everything goes well, your account impacts will be lifted.
