studied the guide but still cant execute the process???
 

ive studied the guide but till this day im having problems executing the instructions. so to sum it up its pretty much:

- vpn

- vcc to verify account

- address within 10 miles of vpn or what not

- different phone number or pre paid phone number

once verify then i swithc to my bank account

problem is my real name is very uniqe and rarely do people have it so even a mispelling can trigger it??

am i missing anything else?

Bank account must have never been on paypal before.

Most all banks could not care less what the depositors name is. It does not have to match.

VPN is expensive and one of the more risky options for IP address. Phone tethering etc... Is a simpler and safer option to start off with.

The location of the IP must be in the same country. It does not have to be 10 miles and honestly, That would be nearly impossible for anyone with a real account. Your phone very well may pull IPs from 1000 miles away as an example.

how come no one ever makes a video of the process as a tutorial not like in the guide because in the guide its just the dude talking but he never goes into his web browser step by step seems like every time i try to set one up its a failure also whats tethering phone? cant i just use a gift card visa to verfiy account?? and what about the name to verify account???

There are other factors at play as well including the original reason to why you were banned and whether ebay actually like your products on their marketplace in the first place ...

You could simply be getting banned as your products just are not suitable for ebay. Well not in the early stages of maturing an account anyway.
