Withdraw to debit card and linking or paypals
 

From what I have read I don't need to use my name to link a debit card for withdraw. But I do need to use my actual address to verification.

#1 is this correct

#2 does this risk pp linking my stealth acct to my real one via address?

Also if I had a PayPal acct I don't use because eBay acct got suspended can I use that banking info again if I delete from other PayPal account. (PayPal account is fine, eBay acct restricted)

Is debit info stored or can it be used on multiple accounts

the debit card has to be your bank debit card,not any debit card and it has to be from a bank which Paypal does business with,and there is a fee involved.
as for reusing your bank account for another PAYPAL account,someone would come and enlighten you.

The debit card is linked to bank account. I just need clarification on address issues

RE bank accounts - 99% of the forum will tell you not to try, it's a bad idea, will get you linked, etc. sax4 will tell you he's able to remove and reuse bank accounts up to 3 or 4 times on his Eastern European Paypal accounts. No idea if it will work on USA accounts, but probably not.

Can't say for certain about address since I've never used card withdrawals, but I don't think it would create any kind of link. There can be hundreds of people with the same address in an apartment building.

from what I recall,when PAYPAL first introduced the bank debit card to get your money faster,there is no verification on the debit card you linked to your Paypal account,could it be because you have already link the bank account and now you just want to get your money faster and the debit card you are using is issued by the same bank and drawn on your bank account already registered,with Paypal/
you can always try and see if it works

No. You can use the bank account on one PP account, and the debit card on another PP account.

Going by what I've read here over the past several months, this is correct.

Not sure though.
