some questions about paypal account
 

Hello everyone,

So here is my case paypal is not available in my country so i want to make an stealth account preferably from us and what i wanna do is add funds to the paypal balance with prepaid visa cards and then transfer the money to other accounts ( prepaid visas are useless where i live but there is a market for paypal balance so i can get cash in the local currency ). i won't withdraw any money just transfer.

now here is my questions

1- is there a way to add funds with the prepaid visas other that invoicing myself?

2- considering i won't get past 500$ in each month will they ask for identity verification? or just verifying with a vba is enough?

3- i can verify the phone and the card and i have to buy a vba from someone but what about the ssn?

4- and finally is it even possible what im trying to do or should i just give up on paypal and find another way?

i would appreciate if you can help me with these questions

Which country are you in?

Let's start with that.

1. I have done that with other stealth accounts when I had a few cards to burn - you will have to make sure accounts are unlinked.

2. They can ask for identity verification at any time.

3. We don't discuss use of VBAs anymore

You say youre not from the US - please your flag to show the proper country youre from. Will make it easier to help you.
What you wish to do is impossible given the new regulations governing US based paypal accounts. Just to be able to send a payment from your balance - or even be able to maintain a balance the account now needs to be DOB and SSN verified. not something you can do.

yea i didn't notice there is a flag thingy i just fixed it and i see you sell accounts what if i buy an account from you and do what i wanna do?
