What is your experience with transferwise?

Does US Paypal accept transferwise(US account opened by a resident)? Does names mismatch cause trouble? Does it work in the long term?

What are your experiences so far?

I would avoid. They really like to suspend accounts; I'd say that they are even worse than PayPal in that respect.

There are too many threads about people experiencing issues using this service.

Dont know about everyone else but I use transferwise all the time with no problems.

Don't use Transferwise with PayPal unless you want to risk having your funds blocked. There are tons of threads on this forum and others across the internet about this.

I had many transferwise accounts and they are getting blocked from time to time.

So far it did not happen that they refused to pay out my money. sometimes it took a lot of effort because they keep asking stupid questions.

If you have the option to use revolut, it is way beter

Couldn't agree more about this.

Avoid Transferwise at all costs.

They blocked my account with $8000, after about 45 days i finally took the money out with SO many calls back and forth.
