| Create new pp1 account with same name.
connect current account your pp account
load the full funds from your bank into the pp account through paypal NOT through your bank ( takes 10 days )

create a new pp2 account
add savings accout
transfer funds from pp1 account to app account 2 via goods n services (calculate the fees correctly ) or pay an invoice.
withdraw funds to your savings account.
log into pp2 (open dispute)
this will put account 1 -xxxxxx
WITHDRAW FUNDS AGAIN TO SAME ACCOUNT
tel them to recover the funds from the limited account.
close all bank accounts.
send paypal a formal email stating you give them full permision to recover funds from the limited account.
Enjoy your money and never trust paypal again.
If you are unable to refund for some reason, go to pp1 and do a bank chargeback
spoke to 3 lawyers, the Police, actionfraud, the bank and all of them didnt know, and all said paypal cant do that, its YOUR MONEY, and none of them objected to that method. |
