Account permenantly limited for recieving money
Weird story i was recieving payment from my friend that was using a prepaid visa then suddenly my account was limited for filing multiple claims that broke tos, I only had one claim on my account then i emailed bc-info and they said my account was limited for security issues then my friends account got limited suprisingly for the same thing thing is i never made multiple claims so i call up paypal and they say your account is permenantly limited we can't do anything.Then i call again today and aparrently my account and my friends account were suspended for fraudulent activity keep in mind that there were no charge backs or some sort between us and aparrently i had 5 accounts under my name some complete bs because i only had one account and aparrently we were in a ban wave of 30 accounts that were related to fraud which is completely bs and if i keep calling aparrently paypal may prosecute me but i told the customer service were is the proof of me and my friend doing fraudulent activity and then he goes on to bs about paypal has been watching my account and gathered evidence and what not. I call up again then i get another customer service telling me you can't reinstate the account look for another service provider and said that he could see from the 'linked' account i had multiple claims even though this is the only account but did not state that my account was related to a fraudulent activity .Should i recreate another account in the future or not I'm 16 but don't have my card or bank account linked to paypal. I don't even know what to do anymore its annoying. my account is 5 months old but my friend is 3 weeks old i don't know weither its that triggering paypal's system |
