March 29th Taxes Overseas US paypal
 

Hello everybody.

After march 29th I notice everything as usual but I know We couldn't keep the paypal funds. Even I made two sales and the whole amount of money was in paypal, which was available for withdrawal, the difference would be something like this: earlier today I sold something on ebay to an US buyer and I was going to send an invoice but I saw some taxes amount in the ebay invoice, well it is the first time in my life I saw taxes and this is very surprising to me because I'm not a US seller and my items was not located in the US too. In the ebay invoice I could notice I wasn't able to edit the taxes amount, I wanted to do something about it, but it wasn't an option to me it was frozen, so I 'm not sure if this has something to do with the 29th march thing. Anyways if somebody knows anything about these taxes just let us know.

ebay is now collecting sales tax for US states and some foreign country like Australia.
Australian buying up to a certain amount like $500 would have to pay tax to its goverment.
But I am not aware US residents buying from Mexico have to pay sales tax.
did you ask Ebay to collect sales tax?go to My Ebay and see .
