Can't buy completely nothing on paypal
 

I have a PayPal account since 2 months that I opened with the purpose to buy on eBay ,
But I can't use it at all because I am not able to purchase anything from eBay and any other site that accept PayPal ,everytime I face those following errors" sorry we can't process your payment" or the payment is pending then fall ,or this more funny is opening a window where I have to insert a credit card and after is loading and stay still.
I have called many times PayPal and they say there is a security issue that prevent to buy I do not know what the reason can be as I use a different user and IP address from the other pp accounts

This is typical, especially if the account is new.

What type of IP solution are you using?

I don't understand. If you're in Italy using a dongle, wouldn't you be pulling all Italian IPs?

I am Italian but I am temporarily in Spain this account has been opened and used here all the time so far

so you have a Spanish PAYPAL account and link a credit card issued by an Italian bank and try to buy something,but it fails?
what is your address,spain or Italy?

You actually didn't answer agent's question at any point.

Is it an Italian or Spanish card? If it's a Spanish card and everything is in the correct country, this is probably just a matter of your account being too new. Lots of users have been reporting problems like this with newer account.

well,if you can't use Paypal,then buy from sites which accept credit card direct,good luck,you will need it.
(we dont always get what we want,we must be flexible)

it should not matter whether it is a Italian or Spanish card,if it were MC/VISA it should be accepted where MC/VISA is accepted.
His seller would be paying 4.4% instead of 2.9% if it is a cross border transaction/

I have experiences of cards put from different countries from the one I registered on PayPal and got limited before starting.

I thought was understated the card must belongs to the same country you open PayPal, they have limited my account immediately when I did different

Can you no longer send money on Paypal on stealths I haven’t tried just curious usually just transfer to the bank

you cannot use the same credit card for more than one Paypal account.
if you move to another country,then first remove it from the old paypal account before you add to the new one.
