Hmm. Maybe I acted too soon on this LLC upgrade

I'm wondering if I acted too soon when I upgraded to a business account on my tax limited account.
1st off..my apologies for posting about this yet again
My account was tax limited last yr. I got an LLC and upgraded the account to business. I added my EIN and business name and business checking account and verified it. Once verified I tried listing an item and got the same message I was getting
" Unable to use this paypal address" or something like that.
When you upgrade to business ..does it take affect once ya verify the deposits ? Or do they revue and then approve it ? I'm asking because I never got a message from them sayin that it's all good. I assumed.
I called paypal about the issue with my paypal address on ebay and they seemed to be thinkin I was still on tax limitation .
Any input or experiences would be great!!!

Basically I need to know if they send an approval message or what.
