Anybody try to pay shipping fees and get this when trying to use your linked bank account? There's plenty of money in there, and this popped up on the ninth label I printed today. Hmm.

Is this the 9th time you're trying to pull money from your bank account in one day?

If so it's possible the bank is stopping the transfer.

Due to PayPal's new policy, I had to set my bank account as the "preferred method of payment"... So I was buying labels that way. I just looked at my bank account, nothing has been deducted from my account yet. All the shipping added to 97 dollars... Is it possible that PayPal has a 100 dollar limit per day or something? These new policies are really annoying.

An educated guess would be the ACH payments haven't settled at your bank yet and/or the bank has a maximum number of outgoing ACH's per day...

I know it's not a $100/day limit because I've spent way more than that in one payment before.

Or maybe the bank is rejecting your 9th ACH attempt because you have so many that haven't settled yet. Maybe nickopedia will chime in. He's something like a banker's lawyer. :noidea:

ACH is between 2 member banks which are both members of the Federal Reserve system,when you use your bank fund via Paypal to buy shipping labels,it is Paypal's bank where your account is kept reaching out to your bank,ACH is done daily,some banks do this twice a day,some do it once a day usually in the evening after office hours.
You said your bank account has not been debited,that tells me Paypal's bank has not submitted any ACH transactions yet.
So it could be Paypal limiting your activities,may be wait and try again .
I am sure there are other sellers who print shipping labels more than you and I daily,
