Stealth Paypal ID verifications/limits
 

Hello,
I have 2 stealth accounts from Canada and I have a couple question regarding ID verifications.

1) I have not yet been asked to provide any verifications on either account but when can I expect those ? Like when does PayPal decide they need some form of ID or proof of address ?

2) My accounts are stealth so how would I be able to provide them with any form of ID since it's not my real info ?

3) If they ask for ID and I can't provide it, could I still withdraw my money or they will just lock it ?

If they ask for ID you can provide creative docs. May or may not work.

You may have time to get money out or not. Depends on the limitation.

If creative docs dont work, could I still get the money out ?
I already have banks attached to the accounts and I use the accounts mainly to purchase stuff not selling but I occasionally open some disputes

When you get limited, you can basically say goodbye to the account if it's highrisk activity.

No. Never send ⊗⊗⊗⊗ docs to PayPal, you won't be let to withdraw funds after 180 days. If you want to give it a try , send creative docs after 180 days passed and you withdraw your money!

My 1 paypal got limited due to phake docs submitted. But i sucessfully withdrawn the funds after 180 days :thumb:
Depends really on how you got limited, and what docs they asked for.

I though creative docs and ⊗⊗⊗⊗ docs were the same thing?

Simple
1. You are now awaiting stage of any moment, you have to arrange the doc before continue. Doc will ask 100% if revenue increase continuously.
2. You can find it in the marketplace easily.
3. No, they will ask verification before withdrawing, so prepare with option 1.

P.S. Usually they will not ask if transactions 3-5k/m, and if not many disputes. Their primary focus is to prevent suspicious transactions.

You're from US, they can verify ⊗⊗⊗⊗ IDs easily there.

So much misinformation here. If you send in bad docs, you still get your money in 180 days. This literally just happened to me. 4.7k waiting 180 days after bad ID. No big deal.

Do creative docs work in the UK long term to lift the paypal money laundering limitation ? I haven't heard many UK users complain about them not working ...

The account will still work for a few weeks from what im told but once you dont provide then its limited

What category of items were you selling on ebay ? High risk ? do you have any negative feedback, any returns, refunds prior to reaching that limitation ? I have a feeling that would also have a lot to do with it.

I've got 4 stealth accounts that will be reaching that limitation later this year. Out of the 4 if I could pass 2 of them and permanently sell on them I would be pleased with that outcome.

Sell it Iptv digital items yes of course I’m selling on eBay otherwise I wouldn’t be here lol. I think Iptv is high risk I’m not sure eBay hasn’t removed me for selling high risk yet. No I don’t have any bad feedback I had few return cases opened and I did reply back to them and sort it out.

That's why then. I would pin point it to the fact all your items are digital, so no tracking numbers.

And you had a few return cases already.

I was told my eBay when I was contacting them that they allow digital items to be sold on their platform and they have nothing wrong with them it’s just when a big company reports to eBay to remove listings like SKY and they take immediate action.

Ebay reps talk a lot of $h!t ...

One rep will say one thing, another will say something else. It MAY be allowed on ebay because they are making fees off you and they can immediately ban you as a course of action to show compliance should any big company contact them.

However Paypal are a payment processor different laws apply to them they just don't see what you're selling as a viable business. It's like going in to a high street bank with your business plan to ask for a card processing terminal so you can accept credit card payments. You would be shown the door when you tell them you sell what you sell so why would it be any different with paypal.

Paypal has its own risk categories,independent of EBay,ITEMS you sell does matter,why do you think they have up to 21 days hold on some items?

I was top rated on ebay had automatic returns set up etc. On my genuine paypal account when I went through a limitation they restored my account after I gave them the business plan and they said they may put my balance on reserves / hold due to the rate of returns at that time, they never did, but they said if it continues they would.

So yes paypal most definitely have their own set of risk categories and rules etc.
