Hi.


I’m just wondering if this guy on here is a joker or is genuine @WEI he private messaged me on the 15/04/2019 he saw my thread I think it was regarding (PayPal limitation) how to withdraw or send money to another PayPal when the stealth PayPal had a limitation and now he doesn’t even reply back he said he knows a way on how to send money even if u got limited account.

Do not reply to anyone approaching you with any "privated services" through PM, unless they're approved sellers. They are guaranteed to scam you.

To say that it's guaranteed, it isn't, some people just wanna help, but I wouldn't give acc details to anyone.

To answer your question - yes the guy is a joker who tries to sell services without being authorized to do so. Several people have reported his attempts in the past. It is my belief that its only a matter of time before he crosses the wrong person and gets banned for this nonsense.
If he tried to sell you any such service (which I assure you is almost certainly an attempt to scam you) you should report it to any of the admins.

I never said you can withdraw/send the money if you're limited?
I just told you can have them withdrawn after the 180 days. Nice one dude. I added you on skype you gave me but u didn't respond. Nice joke.

re-read our private messages, it is just a few. And post my here the message that i told you that you can send/withdraw the money if you're limited (not over 180 days) and then I'll let the mods/admins here to ban my account. Thanks :)

Which one? the one I confronted you about you offering accounts and services to one of my customers? or the one I warned you to knock it off with that or youll get booted?
