can't add VCC to US PayPal
 

Tried 5 different VCC, but none of them can be added to US PayPal account. It has been 3 days and always tells me: Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method.

Not sure if it's the system problem or my PayPal has problem?

I havnt had any issues adding VCCs.
What type VCC are you trying to add? Is this a new account?

I think the problem you are referring to is when you go to list an item, you are then asked to attach PP to EB for electronic payments and then it defaults to asking for a new CC. I have had this problem a lot recently as it it only a glitch within their system. it has helped me to be pre-logged-into PayPal when adding it as payment method (again only seems to be a glitch), also it goes without saying you need to have the PP fully verified or it won't won't attach either.

No, it's simply a VCC I attached to my US PayPal will be expired the end of this month and PayPal asked me to add a new one.

It's nothing to do with electronic payments with ebay.

Try this forum's marketplace section. I'm sure that you could find a working card.
