PayPal limited right after adding VCC
 

Hello guys!

I wanted to set up a secondary stealth PayPal to spend some money online, but as soon as I added my VCC to it, it got limited, and needs proof of address & identity.

I did not use a VPS, nor a proxy, because I already made this account quite a while ago, to buy some stuff online, and I didn't use any proxies/VPNs then. I just used a different city than mine, and another name + address.

I used an EZZOCARD, as my VCC, I registered the card, and added the same exact address that is on the PayPal profile.

Now, as I mentioned, this would've been my secondary account, so it's not a big deal if I completely lost the money in there (only like $200 were there), but I might as well learn from this mistake, so I have to ask: what did I do wrong?

After I registered the VCC with the address, I immediately verified my PayPal. Was that too fast?
Or Ezzocard is not even a good VCC provider?
If it can be saved, what can I do to recover this account?

Any chance, someone could point me in the right direction regarding this issue?

There's a little update: I can actually use the account, I made some payments with it, because I panicked, so I wanted to spend the money on it.

Could it be that the verification is only related to the VCC added? So I can't use the VCC for payments, but my PayPal is free to go, and limits lifted?

taking into account my experience, this problem is caused by vcc (provider). Guess its bins are blacklisted at paypal or smth like that.
Do mind the speed you confirm the card, I did it almost immediately, always successfully.
So first try to change the vcc provider

I looked up ECHOO last night on FB and it looks like it is based in India and always offering a discount
