"Billing adress does not mach" ERROR
 

for the last month getting interesting error when trying to add VCC. It says billing adress does not match. But card issuer billing adress match and is ok. Also strange behaviour of the PP site- when trying to add VCC it rejects it 3 times with the same error. But every time it reserve 1 USD on bank balance. After 3 tries it usually reverts reserved dollars and after that if to try to add it 4th time than it works OK. If less than 3 times tried- it does not release the reserved 1 usd until 3 times tried.

But today it does not release reserved dollars even after 3 tries and on 4th try it just blocks the card.

Anyone experience the same???

that $1 would be reversed ,but it sounds like your card is no good.

Weird, where did you get the VCC from?

Not all VCC are good, specially if you got it from outside of this forum.

Really strange. Maybe the VCC you used has a blocked BIN.
I'm using using my local debit prepaid visa cards (they function as VCCs), they don't have AVS, and never had any issues with stealth accounts so far.
I'm also using it to pay eBay fees.

This is REVOLUT cards. VISA. They are AVS. I change adress at their app before add card to pp to make adress match. Used to work completely ok. Their mastercard still works ok, but not VISA...
