Greendot Down??
 

Has anyone else noticed that Greendot is down? Whenever I call before even inputting my card information it says "we are unable to assist you at this time." I tried opening a new account and as soon as I clicked the link it gave me another error message. A few days ago I was having trouble logging in as well even though all the login information was correct. Is anyone else having issues and do you know what is going on?

Are you accessing their site via a proxy/VPN?

If so, be aware many financial sites/banks might blacklist some of them.

I just logged in through a different ip address and it worked.. then I called from my husband's phone and that also worked. All my cards are working perfectly fine so I don't understand why they would blacklist my phone number and ip address? I wonder what is going on. I recently called them from a different country could that be it?
