Trying to send money on my account, never sent payments ever, account opened about 2months accounts ago, has a fair history, but no payments sent ever. Serbian account, legit IP, no vpn used.. any idea?

Security checks are common and routine especially if PayPal notices some risk for whatever reason or another. Usually they want to confirm via sms the phone # on the account.

I hope you have a working number. Does that not work?

It is easiest to withdraw to bank account

If your having issues sending from this PayPal to another it means there isn’t enough trust in the account. Adding a bank account and withdrawing to that would help build that trust.

Ya I read the post and transferring to your bank is the best option Paypal is cracking down lately

Hi all,

I have 180 days PayPal but cannot add any bank. It throw me error message "sorry we couldn't confirm it is you"

How can I fix this problem?

Withdraw to a bank or send payments out it doesnt matter..

If you get hit with security check you need wait 72 hrs like others mentioned

If you dont wait you will build a "security wall" against your account and you will never be able to do anything

Call and speak nicely to a rep they may add the bank for you.

this is from Paypal country list-Serbia
Withdraw: Withdraw funds from your PayPal account:
To your credit, debit, or prepaid card.
To your US bank account.

if he does not have a US bank account,then his only option is card,it may have t o be a VISA card issued by a bank which is member of Visa Europe .
Ask your local bank
