Unable To Accept Money

Hi guys, I have a new US Paypal(individual) 20 days old. When I received funds around $20 as Friends & Family I get message of Accept the money option on my Paypal account. I tried to get with Business payment as well. However, all the funds need to be accepted. What I need to do is keep them on Paypal's main balance. They have done updates and now we need to setup a Paypal Cash Account. I did that too but when I am at Accept & Continue page and click it, the blue circle keeps rotating forever and nothing happens. So, how can I accept the funds into my paypal's main balance, I dont want to send on Bank or Card as I am using a Stealth US Paypal account.

You can only add a bank and withdrawal I believe

If youre using a stealth account you CANNOT get the new 'cash account' feature (meaning you cannot maintain a balance in the account) since the only way to do so is to provide the SSN+DOB of the account holder. This is info you do not have and cannot provide.
bman707 is correct. The only thing you can do with the account is add your own US based bank account and withdraw funds directly to it.

Yes! I have SSN + DOB but I don't see any option to enter them on my paypal account. I know this stuff, and my one account is OK as I had filled the SSN and DOB on it 1 year ago so that account is FINE now as it is already converted into Cash Account. But the 2nd account its my problem, I even once had a notification on Paypal about enter your SSN and verify account. I accidentally cleared that notification, so now I don't know how to fill SSN and DOB as I don't see that notification message on my paypal. I only see adding SSN number on Setting page but only SSN no SSN + DOB verification.

If you guys know how its done, then please let me know..

if you have one account verified with SSN and DOB,why not use that one?
Do both accounts under same name?
We are allowed just 2 accounts-personal and business.

Both are different accounts and different names. And I need to keep both as per my works need them(separately). So, how can I get SSN DOB link to verify? I already have SSN+DOB.

How do they verify that? What if you just generate random number?

They go to SS board and check your SSN

What's the point of having paypal then? it should be able to hold money, not directly withdraw to bank account always to use it. I bought 3 accounts and all 3 has this problem

You just need to have verifiable SSN on the account to hold or send funds now. This whole thing started a couple months back and has been rolling out to more or less all accounts since then.

I suspect PayPal is not driving this decision. More likely it's because of tightening USA Federal regulations and enforcement of KYC/AML. These days, if you are a company that has a money transmitter license, you are going to be required to verify the identity of customers. That's just a fact.

what's the point of a paypal account if we cannot keep money in them and do payments ?
So now even the payments have to be done through the bank account or credit card

many sellers accept paypal payments only,you can still use Paypal,just the fund has to come out of your bank account or credit card.
if you want your PAYPAL account to hold money ,you have to verify your account like the others said,with stealth account,you cant.
may be you can ask your mom or grandma to let you use their SSN or just open a paypal account in their name ,have it verified,as long as you dont use it to sell,they wont get a 1099K

Yeah, I think that's what everybody will have to do eventually. Also now stealth accounts are pointless if somebody does above 20k or if you pay taxes (even if you get less than 20k), because paypal will match IRS records (name of the person) and limit the account

you can take money out any time you want.
if they still allow you, take it out everyday
