PayPal cash limitation - What do I do?
 

A 2+ year old stealth account of mine finally got hit with the blue "claim this money" limitation today (it wants me to set up a Paypal cash account, and asks me to provide documents). The account has a few hundred dollars in it and I have no way to cash it out. The bank account attached is a VBA, and I've been mainly using this PP account for buying/selling games and stuff on G2A (game codes).

How on earth do I get the money out? I don't live in the US, so I don't have a US bank account and I have no way to verify my identity with the documents that paypal is requesting.

I'm offering to pay for a solution to this.

It's not even giving you option to withdraw to your bank (VBA) instead of setting up a PayPal cash account?

It is giving me that option. But as I stated, I'm not from the US and I have no way to withdraw it.

You cannot withdraw funds to a VBA which is a bank account that is more than likely shut down - not to mention you don't have access to.
Im sorry to have to tell you this but unless you find someone who agrees to allow you to use his US based bank account to withdraw the funds - you wont be seeing that money. I highly doubt youll be able to convince anyone to do this for you - even for a share of the money.

if the money sitting in his Paypal account comes from selling some items,then if you dont ship,the buyer will get his money back by filing dispute
