Which vcc allow for this purpose?
 

I have Italian PayPal that already added vcc. I want to pay for facebook ads to use my paypal but when i am creating ads, its become a paypal login box, i have logged then it's asking again to add card.

The question,
- why it's asking to add card again even vcc already added,
- why my vcc not accepting while asking even i have the existing vcc details.

don't like italian paypal accounts, they are pretty hard to handle.
Try to use vcc with another bin.

How old is the PP account? You can find sometimes with a new PP you need to build up some browser history/cookies before using them for card payments

I have not select card payment method, I have select the PayPal payment method through facebook.

Even though you select PayPal as your method it needs a card on fill, in this case it wants your PayPal to have the card attached as a backup.

Try to avoid VCCs and use a physical prepaid card like revolut

it does not matter. vcc can be of either prepaid or debit, even of credit type.
