What's the best way to extract stealth PP accounts?
 

I only have a vcc attached to this account. No bank. Any suggestion as to how to get the loot out?

I was thinking of putting in a VBA but pretty hard to find a supplier.

Any other suggestion besides inputting a vba to get the loot out? Thanks :)

Putting in a VBA would be useless since you can only withdraw $ from USA stealth accounts now.

It's real bank account or nothing these days.

You were not supposed to withdraw to a VBA - hence the name "virtual". That part has not changed - it was only meant to verify the account

VBAs never worked to withdraw funds. They were used for verifying the account ONLY.
These days that sort of verification is not sufficient. If you wish to have the ability to maintain a balance or send payments from the account using that balance the account must be SSN+DOB verified. No way around it and no way to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ that information.

so the bottom line is OP works for nothing,just do not ship any,and wait for buyer to file item not received .this is one way to get the money out of your account,BACK TO THE OWNER .
