Need some help in deciding what kind of PayPal account to get
 

Hello guys!

I would like to know what would be the best type of stealth PayPal account for the following use-case:

1. I would receive monthly money from a US based company (distributor)
2. I would love to use the account to purchase goods inside the EU
3. I would also love to be able to use the account right-away.

So, my biggest concern is whether I should pick a US PayPal account, or a EU PayPal account.

If I pick a US account, will it be easy to add an European address to it, whenever I want to purchase something?

Avoid USA accounts at all costs. They would be useless to you unless you have steady access to a USA bank account. USA stealth accounts can no longer spend their balances - only withdraw.

So an EU account of some sort would be better.

EU regulations,you have to provide ID verification after your have received 1800 euros .
You may have problem adding a EU ship to address when you buy something and want it ship to EU country,not USA,some manage to do so by using a forwarder.
I have a UK buyer registered as UK Ebay with UK ship to address,when she wants her item shipped to USA,either Ebay or Paypal would not allow her to add a US shipping address.
also some Ebay sellers do not ship overseas,some use GSP

Wow that is really new to me! So if I have a USA PayPal, I can't spend my earnings, not even online? I couldn't even send that money to somebody?

If I were to buy a stealth EU PayPal, would that still have the 1800 EUR limit?

That's correct. It's a new policy on USA PP that just started going into effect this year. Unless you SSN-verify your account (which you wouldn't be able to do, legally) you can't spend any money in your balance. You can receive payments but the only thing you can do with them is withdraw them to a USA bank account.

About your other question directed at agent, almost all (if not all) of the EU accounts sold here already have the receiving limits lifted.

to increase the limit over 1800 euro per year the account must pass the verification which is possible only after you receive 1800 euro to the account.
I doubt the accounts are being sold did so.

$495 for an account,thats not cheap,does it work,is it guaranteed to work?

well,you saw the ad,pay 495 and buy a Euro stealth account and never having to worry the 1800 limit,as it has been take care of ,
as for opening a US stealth account,dont bother,as you will need a US bank account to transfer fund and SSN which you dont have

They've been sold here for years so I would assume they are functional. Cost is most likely justified by the cost of the creation process. :juggle:

Accounts without some transaction history on them are very fragile no matter what limits are "lifted" or how it's verified.

I would never pay anywhere close to $495 for a simple account with no history or considerable age on it. Pretty useless.

Yes, the $495 seems high to me as well!
I feel that I jumped into this stealth PayPal thing, right when a lot of changes started happening, so it makes it even harder for me to understand which road to pick.

uk is very best ,i am using uk busniess paypal account with register uk beta house,link with few banks like monese and monzo
