Sending money with stealth accounts
 

Hey everyone,

was wondering if I could buy a stealth account and add a prepaid debit card from like walmart or cvs on there to transfer money to other people with regular accounts, not stealth accounts.

can't send payments with stealth accounts unless you add a ssn

All USA PayPal now require to be SSN verified before they will allow you to send money. Withdrawal to bank only.

You can only attach a US bank account to a US PayPal.

What are trying to do exactly?

I do e-Commerce and need to send money internationally with paypal to my advertisers but I am located in the US and apparently recently paypal doesn't allow US accounts to send money without ssn + dob verification

Do your advertisers only accept PayPal?

I also have a number of freelancers that I pay, and none of them involve PayPal. There are lots of alternatives. You should weigh the hassle of using PayPal against the ease of using alternate payment methods. There are many types of remittance services, Crypto, Square Cash, Transferwise, etc.

You might also take a look to see if using Payoneer is an option as well.

You cannot maintain a balance on a US based paypal account (what is now referred to as having a 'cash account') and you cannot send payments in such a way.
You CAN however had a prepaid card and use that as the source of funding. You can also add your bank account and use hat as the source of funding as well.
This means that if you DO have access to a US based bank account you can receive payment to that paypal, withdraw the funds to the attached bank account, then send a payment and specify the bank account as the source of funding.
Its a roundabout way of getting things done which is possible if you do have a US based bank account available to work with.

Would Paypal allow us to link a prepaid debit card from likes of WMT which is not confirmed ?like address and SSN?

if you send as friend and family,there is no fee.

Can you send money (from a stealth account) to a friend/family member who has a (real account)?
