I am in the US and am looking to get a stealth paypal to send money internationally.

But I just got told US based stealth accounts you cannot send payments.

So is it even possible for me to operate a UK, EU, or CA stealth account in the US? and if it is, would I operate from a dedicated vpn like Ip burger with a different user or how would I connect to it?

You will still have some other limits on each type of paypal based on country platform unless you verify and confirm the pp

there are other much easier ways to send money internationally such as western union, wire bank transfer etc.

If anything, I'd never use PayPal for anything international.

Keep using paypal for ebay related business.

Paypal is the main way these advertisers I work with accept payments is my problem haha

Also I am banned on WU.

the account im buying is verified and has a confirmed vcc, if both of these are present should I be good

Talk to them and see if you can make an arrangement to get them to take a different type of payment.

If you're banned on WU, use Money gram. There's so much out there that you can research and figure out in no time. This is easy.
