Use of VCC with US paypal
 

As far my understanding, there are 2 type of VCC available in market for paypal

1. Non reloadable VCC
2. Reloadable VCC

I have roamed
web to web searching VCC and found maximum are selling non reloadable VCC to verify PP but few are selling reloadable one, but provides vague info about usage eligibility.

My
question is
If I buy a reloadable US VCC and attached with US PP, then can I make shopping from PP with that reloadable one?
also, is it possible to send money abroad with that?

yes for both questions, but to send money you'll have to verify dob+ssn

Not true.
To send payments from a credit card one doesn't need to verify the DOB+SSN on the account. That needs to be verified if one wants to be able to keep a balance on the account and send payments using that balance.
And with regards to those reloadable credit cards - note that the vast majority of those will NOT work for paypal as they are either outright blacklisted by paypal or they will not work with mismatching names.
That loophole was shut down a long time ago.

I really recommend you stick to the VCC sellers in this forum's marketplace.

Not saying it because I'm a forum staff, but in this industry there are too many scammers.
Or people selling you bad products.

Here at least the sellers are vetted, vrified and we tested their VCCs.
Plus most have been here for years and been very successful.

Saijin, yes, and it accomplished by u/all admin and moderator's arduous effort.

A question to you, I roamed market but could not determine who sell reloadable US/USD VCC... Is there anyone u know?
