Account reinstated?
 

Has anyone ever checked if there old legit eBay was reinstated I mean mine was from like 6 years ago I don’t even remember the info but I never added my SSN so if I ever move I probably could make a legit one in my name wish I saved my old details because I never could get an answer why I was banned Mabey it’s back who knows

Lots of people here have had their original account reinstated years later out of the blue. eBay does it in waves when they're trying to boost the stock price. ;)

I think they usually email you about it though.

I figured wish i knew what my old email was i have made so many lol i guess when stealth comes to an end if it ever does ill try and make a new account in my name ha until then this way is safer. hey phaz0rz ebay just emailed me saying my card failed on PayPal to pay fees so i changed it to my bank hopefully that works to pay the fees I had my bank set as preferred before so idk why they tried my card....

I'm still having them take it from my PP balance or Bank account...

Hmm idk why they tried to charge my VCC on my paypal account and not my bank on my paypal?

Never got banned by eBay but I did by PayPal as most of us here and I've wonder if I could just open a non-stealth account with them again using my SSN but since my SSN was attached to the banned PayPal account my guess it won't fly or has anyone here tried it?

eBay are a bunch of cheeky gits.

They have been known to re-instate accounts years later.

if you used your ssn on PayPal then no you couldn't make a new PayPal with your name since your ssn was on the last one your social is yours but if you never attached one i would think you could make another since there's lots of the same names ya know

Well you probably can make another with your banned SSN, just do not go over the 20K limit. I am on my third paypal using banned SSN, the second one only got suspended when I forgot and went over 20K limit. So I have one right now with banned SSN attached so I can use to pay shipping, income is only $6000 so I will stop using it at around $16K. And all should be good.

Ya kajunrook that makes sense for me they banned my eBay not my paypal so the paypal is fine and has never had a ssn on it so ebay has never gotten my ssn so I could probably start a new ebay and PayPal and put my ssn on it and be 100% legit lol

Just make a new one... should be no problem really. Just dont do whatever got you in trouble before. If they could not tell you, then odds are it was whatever you were selling.

Ya I was just curious for in the future I always sell legit stuff but I started listing tons from the start I got plenty of stealths to keep me going was just curious if I happen to need it in the future thanks yankee
