Need help withdrawing money from limited paypal
 

Hello!

I´ve got an US paypal stealth account which is limited. The 180days waiting time is over, so now the balance is free for withdraw.
But how can I do this? As citzien of germany I have no US bank account which I can use for withdraw.

So if anybody could help me....

(yes, I´ve seen that this topic is often discussed in this group, but most of the posts not really helped me).

If you don't have any way to get a U.S. Bank account You will need to pay someone for this service
How much money you have to withdraw ?
Did you complete the ID verification?

You will need a US bank account - if you cannot get one yourself, it's going to be hard - friends or family in the US?

can you ask them to send you a check,but then what is your US address?
why have a US STEALTH account when you are in Germany
