Name/Address Matching re:Bank A/c & VCC
 

Hey guys, so I read through the ebay stealth guide and just wanted to clarify something before going ahead and making my stealth account.

I believe it mentioned that the name on the Bank a/c doesn't have to match PP name, only the address since PP only looks at the routing+a/c #. Could you confirm if this is true?

Also, for the CC/VCC that needs to be added for verification, does the name and address need to be exact matches in this case?

now a days bank name they atre looking but vcc does not metter name

CC ,street number and zip code

AVS is the only way to go

But a gift card from a store cant give you AVS data?

search this forum,some complain when they transferred fund from Paypal to their bank account,the bank rejects the deposit as the names do not match.

Not quite sure agent I have always bought them off the forums but I assume they would be if you register the zipcode
