as the new PP policy seems to be confused , also not everyone read their messages .. also some of their updates seems to be just a rumor , not true news,not true news.
so appreciate if someone here write a post clarify paypal new policies update ...

You can see the full update for any country on their website. I think they even keep past updates available.
