eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Paypal new verifications

This is eventually rolling out on all USA PayPal's.

They are requiring identity verification and there is no real way of getting around it other than complying, otherwise the account will be restricted from sending funds.

Beware of anyone contacting you via PM on this forum claiming to sell you a bank account. They are all scams, and that's what typically happens when people ask those questions here.

VBAs are not offered on this forum - you will have to search elsewhere.
