What they tracking with this sytem? They not allow me send paymentt i call to they they explain me that this automatic systme now allow sent my money... WHat I should do ?

Fill your account with natural looking activity, wait a few weeks, and then try again.

Countless posts on the forum about this recently. Paypal isn't allowing accounts to send money until they've aged a bit and built up "trust".

So i need to take off my makeup and look natural for a few weeks and paypal will allow me to send payments to my other stealth and then dispute and double my money ? :brushteeth:

Yes like Phaz0rz said you need to continue to login with a secure IP and build up more cookies log in daily on Paypal and click around don’t try to send money or change details just click around try and build up more ebay cookies at the same time within a week this problem should disappear this is how you build up trust with Paypal

Yes mister/madam Naar, that's right. Paypal doesn't like being defrauded by people wearing makeup.

I can't blame them honestly. I've always preferred the natural look, myself.

do you mean 1 of your accounts will have a negative balance? Then they would limit both accounts, the 1st one and another one associated with it.
Not recommend you to do this

Nobody on this forum can't reply to your question because.. there can be 1 or 2 or 3 or 10 reasons why paypal don't allow you to send your payment..

for example:

1) your IP, bad ip was used for fraud activities before (you can't send any money) untill you will use new clear IP
2) your paypal account activity (you received high risk payment before)
3) your paypal account info was changed
4) your previous access to account was from another IP
5) you have new account
6) you received more payments to your account then usually before
i can continue this list more and more......

paypal use Artificial intelligence to prevent fraud. do you know how much parameters can detect AI in seconds?

only AI knows why it's decision was to cancel your payment even paypal support can't answer your question. don't trust me? teach AI
