PayPal receiving limits...how does it work?
 
Hi all,

Looking to purchase an eBay and verified PayPal account but...When it states it is verified what does this actually mean? I have set up a stealth acct using a friends details so had access to bank account info and ID but just not sure how this would work with a bought acct?

When you buy an account on here the account seller either attached a VCC or a VBA which one or the other is necessary to receive funds to fully verify your Paypal you will need 2 out of the 3 of these options VCC, bank account or SSN

Verified just means you can sell on it, send and receive money. There are no sending or receiving limits (other than the EU limits)

There will still be limits until you add your bank account to the paypal

hi, noob here, just to be straight if i bought an ebay + pp acct with a vcc attached. the vcc account is then mine and i can immediately use it to withdraw funds from pp to the vcc. then i can transfer the funds from the vcc to my own bank acct. is this correct?

if so, is there any potential problems that could come up that i would need to watch out for?

If you’re in the UK like your forum flag suggests then no that’s not correct. You need to withdraw funds from your PayPal into a bank account that hasn't previously been used with PayPal.

ok, so what's the point of the vcc if i'm still going to have to open a new bank account anyway?
