Stealth Guide is different - Morocco -
Hello everybody,
I have read The eBay stealth Guide and everything is clear, But the problem is that There are many differences between the Stealth Guide based countries ( US, Uk, CA, AU) and My Country ( Morocco ).
What I'm looking for is someone who's from Morocco or someone who knows about Morocco and can help me to figure out some points that I'm missing about dealing with stealth Accounts.
For example, is there any VPN provider, Which Phone number do they use, Do they use VBA or not, etc...

The guy asked specific question, unfortunately no one has handled the question correctly.
My friend 2 things:
Regarding IP: If you are currently in Morocco, you can use any local Internet Service provider ( a service with dynamic IP address is better). If you are outside Morocco, you will need to find VPS based on Morocco. Be prepared to pay $50+ monthly since this location is rare.
You can add a prepaid Visa card to your PayPal account. You will verify your account by the card. Make sure the card is reloadable so that you can withdraw you Paypal balance to that card, and also you can use the card to make purchases using PayPal. You don't have to add Bank account at all. Adding phone numbers is not mandatory for Moroccan PayPal accounts. but you can add any Moroccan Phone number. |

| any cards bins not blacklisted at pp, you never know, look at the marketplace, there quite a lot of sellers of cards there |

You will need at least a us bank account to get money out but without that identification, difficult to spend, sadly |
