Are anyone have problems sending person payment p2p from paypal to other paypal?
What I mean. Are you sending money fine without errors? I mean "We can't process your payment right now" or quick security check by phone? Once I passed it I got error agian We can't process your payment right now"

Any simillar issues? Expierences, advises?

You get this error a lot on fresh PayPal accounts. How old is the account?

1--5 years age, real accounts, not stleath

Its because of the card your using
or the account your sending to is new
or because all of a sudden your making transactions that are not in line with your account history

definitely you're trying to send to a brand new account, try to send to another account and you will know. I had such a problem.

how much is the amount and who is the recipient,is it a new account?
Does he have problem accepting P2P from others?
what is your source of fund?
what country is he in?

Receiving account is 3-6months old

Sometimes I can pay to other account but only sometimes.... So problems is for all accounts all personal payments.

Whon person talking about credit card? Yes I'm trying sent from card it is a problem?
