Business paypal limited, can i create a personal?
 

Like the title says, my business PayPal is limited permanently, I was wondering if I still can create a new personal. Now keep in mind my business was personal then I upgraded to business.

Do not use the same personal information, otherwise the two accounts will be linked.

You cannot.
You cannot use any of the previously used information on your banned account.
Time to go full stealth. Get the stealth guide and learn how to properly get that done. Its not all that complicated once you get the hang of it.

It was listed first when it was personal then you thought it would remove limitation if u upgrade to business is that what u are saying?

he said he has a personal account,then he upgraded it to business.
now his business account is suspended,so he wants to know if he can open a personal account and use it to sell/buy ??
The answer is that if he does,his personal account will be limited as well as it is linked to his suspended business account
