Any idea which card to use for paypal VCC

Hi Guys,

Need some advice from the GURUS, need to know which card to use to verify Paypal?
Also what are people doing to confirm bank accounts on PP,
Much appreciated.

Plenty of VCC vendors on the marketplace here. They all work to confirm PayPal.
