I transferred some money from PayPal to my bank account, the money is no longer in PayPal but it is not in my bank account either. And the message above appears at the end of the transaction. So what can I do? And is my PayPal account at risk?

2. PayPal informed me that I need to confirm my direct debt card, it stated the account holders name (stealths count person's name) and it said a copy of my direct debit instructions will be emailed to me. It says I need to print the direct debit instructions and post them a signed copy. HELP MEEEEE?!?!

Seen this happen before (although on a US account). Took a few hours and the money was released to go through to my bank account. Can take up to 24 hours (that message about it taking an hour is nonsense on their part).
Wish I could help with the second question but don't have any experience or knowledge of that. Perhaps someone from the UK can shed some light.

it has happened to me many times when i add a bank account, don't worry, it's ok, just wait for mini-deposits. Sometimes (depends on the country), they don't send them and send so called "direct debit instructions", it's ok, it means you're all set up with your BA and can withdraw funds to it.

Thanks you for your response.
So it will be ok for me to submit the Direct Debit instructions? Because the instructions doesn't contain my real name(same as the name on the bank account), it has the stealth name. This will not cause problems with my bank?
Or I should not submit the instructions and it will be ok for the future?
