Hello!

Does anybody know a reliable paypal account seller ?

All the sellers I contacted in this forum's market place told me that they don't have any paypal accounts

I previously bought from buyvcc.com and those guys were reliable.

Who are you buying from ?

All the sellers on the marketplace here offer paypal accounts. I’d be very shocked if they couldn’t help

James doesn't sell US accounts.

OP, contact all of the US account sellers if you are looking to purchase a US Paypal account.

has anybody contacted the sellers listed here recently ?

I put buyvcc as an example for a seller who was selling outside this forum. If anybody had their accounts, I just wanted to know what other sellers they're working with now.

If you know somebody, please let me know

Have you tried Slokor, 123, Bjammin ?

For example, Bjammin has VCC verified PayPal's for $50.

Why not make your own accounts? Just get a quality IP address + VCC and read the Stealth Guide, unless you are already familiar with the process. Of course, you will also need a real bank account to get your money out.

Right now I'm interested in buying an account that can hold money without an bank account or paypal cash thing. The accounts I bought recently has this "Accept Money" Problem. I mainly want the accounts to do ebay fees payments.
If somebody sells aged accounts which can hold money, that would be great

I've tried making accounts few years back but that didn't work out. Now it'll be worse with new paypal requirements

You are basically asking for a PayPal account that already has identity confirmed with a SSN. I doubt you will find any sellers on this forum that sell such accounts since they typically do so lawfully.

Pretty much all USA PayPal accounts will require a bank to withdrawal your funds if not SSN verified. You will be unable to send the money to another account, or keep a balance without one. This change has really been frustrating to a lot of sellers, especially from outside the USA who are dealing with the Paypal Cash/ Claim It issue.

No an SSN confirmed one. just an account under my name but that is also useless with this "Accept Money thing"

What you're looking for can't be done. As of 2019 all accounts have the "claim money thing" unless you SSN verify them.

Maybe look into making a business account for yourself with an EIN attached. They are still able to spend their balances.
