My balance is still pending....
 

Hello, I sent money from one PayPal account to my other account directly.

The amount was around 40EUR.


And then i get an email from PayPal, that i need to provide shipping info to get my money, because it is on pending status.
So i logged in,and marked the transaction as shipped as physical product without tracking number. The PayPal said in notification message they will release my funds within 1 days, after i marked the transaction as shipped, but it is still in pending status.
Why they don't released my funds still?????

Log into the account that you sent the payment to, click on the payment and click "confirm receipt"

next time send the money as virtual service, not physical goods. After you make some history (around 10 payments) they will not place a hold on your funds

I can't find "confirm receipt" in the payment...
Can someone help, where I need to search??

Best thing to do is just wait for the payment to release on its own and not draw any extra attention to what you're doing with your accounts.

Like Phaz0rz said I have the same problem with an account I just made but I added tracking and marked as shipped now I will wait it will release when ready need to build up your trust with Paypal and in a month or two it will be strong like the Great Wall of China but draw attention and the wall your building might crumble before it’s done being built

Ugh, when I said "to", I should have said "from". You'll get the option on the account that you send payment from; the "buyer" account.

Yea it should update itself eventually, I don't see any issues from what you're saying.

As others advised, leave it for a while and the funds should be released on their own. Next time don't send money between your accounts in the first place. If you really must, click on your address field, choose no address needed and write a note which would make the transaction look like a service if someone manually checks it.

your sender should confirm it.when he will confirm then funds showed

Try and find a link to view paypal's transaction summary page in "classic" format. The confirm receipt button is usually there, but not really visible in this new version of paypal.
