"Update your card" notice

Hi everyone,

my card expired in the end of April, so I added a new one and removed expired one.

However, every time I log in I have this notice saying "Your card xxxx has expired, please update it to avoid any service interruptions".

I click "OK" or just close the notice - it disappears. But next time I log in it is there again.

Has anyone encountered such an issue?

it wants you to update the card, adding a new card is not update.
how did you remove the expired one,I dont think you can easily remove a card, lest there is unfinished business with that card.

i had such a case. Added a new card, then removed an expired one. The notice about update disappeared in about a week or so, just forget about it

You can easily remove card in your wallet. At least I did in one click, after adding a new one.

By "unfinished business" you mean potential buyers claims? I have a bank account attached.

And there was no way to update my expiring card. It didn't let me to change the card number only expiration date. And banks normally issue you a brand new card, after your current is expired. So I don't see why PP should insist on Updating.

thanks. That's what I was thinking. But it's been two weeks already and this annoying notice is still there. So I decided to post here and ask members.
