Can't accept the money
 

3 days ago I started a new stealth ebay/pp accts, yesterday I wake up to find 5 sales 50$ each, when I try to accept the money paypal asks me for Address document / SSN or ITIN document. I am not US citizen, there is noway I am shipping those items without lifting the limitation
is there anything I can do? any advise for the next time I create those accounts?

P.S: bank acc is not linked yet.

No, there's nothing you can do. You should probably cancel the orders and refund the payments. I would advise against using USA accounts in the future as a non-US citizen.

Literally the only option is withdrawing to a real bank account and using the funds from there.

I didn't know that US accts are so hard to handle,

Nope, the rules have changed on USA accounts. You must have an SSN (identity verified) account to hold, or transfer money out to another account. Aside from that, you need a Bank Account to get the money.

You can's use a VBA to withdrawal to unless it's your own Bank Account.

There's no such thing as VBAs. When people use the term "VBA" they're talking about real bank accounts that are only used to "verify" a Paypal (in the classic sense) before the bank account is closed.

Real bank account is the only option.

I wonder if paypal will ask for documents when you create one as israel citizen

If you were able to get a USA bank account and had the details to provide they don't usually ask for any documents when you add the bank account to PP. Getting a USA bank account as a non-US citizen is the harder part for most who aren't in the US. It may be a little easier in Israel compared to some other countries though.

So if I did not link a bank acc w/ my israel paypal I will face the same problem (won't be able to accept money) ?

Each country has it's own rules as far as how the account can be used. Of course, you should always use bank accounts in the same county of the PayPal. If you have an Israel PP, you need an Israel bank account.

The problem with USA accounts is you can only withdrawal to a bank to get your money if it's not identity (SSN) verified.

OP best thing you could do is to open a PayPal in the country you live in idk why people try to make US accounts if they don't live in the US what's the point.

if you are in israel, you need to change your country flag in here so we don't advise you wrong.

USA PP needs a withdrawal method and that's a Bank account usually.
So even if you have a VCC to verify the account, you still need a bank to confirm.

If one of them is missing it usually triggers the flags you are seeing.

You don't need a bank account to "confirm" anything, you need a bank account to "withdraw" to. Plain and simple.

Having a credit card or bank account attached has nothing to do with the notice OP is seeing. It's standard protocol for USA accounts now. Either you confirm your US citizenship with docs, or you withdraw all money to your bank. OP would see the same message if they have a card and bank account attached.

You shouldn't have received $50 x 5 sales each. That probably triggered it.
Did you use fresh VPN/proxy?

My advice for starting a new PP account is, make sure you are using fresh proxy/vpn, new browser or virtual machine, don't receive more than $10 to 20 in a day at least for 30 days. Read the stealth guide.

Buying aged PP account with few transaction is a good idea or Buying non-US PP account might help as well as it doesn't require VBA.
