Ok so I just wanna clear something up...

EVEN IF YOU PUT "EIN" FOR BUISNESS USA PAYPAL IT WILL STILL ASK FOR PROOF OF SSN EVERY SINGLE TIME NO MATTER WHAT. Right?

never happened to me..... i mean, how would Walmart supply a SSN?

Re: lets be frank....

Only for entities with a single member. And old single member LLC accounts seem to have been grandfathered in - except even those are now being asked for SSN in order to spend balances as of today.

Take the extra steps of forming a multi member LLC or corp with multiple members, and I seriously doubt they're going to ask for the SSN of every member of the company.

The comments you're making in the thread aren't really helping anyone, disinformation agent.

This relates to tax law and is black and white. Either they're required to get a SSN for the responsible party, or they aren't because they entity files its own tax return.

What paypal can do and what I have experienced lately is they can ask for articles of incorporation. Ask.....no limitations, no threats.... just an ask.

Set up your corporations correctly and you have zero issues here supplying anything they ask for.

It is impossible to supply an SS number for an S-corp, C-corp or Trust. Heck, if you setup your corporation in certain ways in certain states, it is nearly impossible to know who the owners are and impossible for Trusts. Imagine supplying an SS for C-corporation owned by foreign persons. Impossible.

Paypal is not stupid,it sees all these new LLC signing up for Paypal,it looks at activities .it will find a way.
we did not have to give SSN,utility bills, passport, bank statements before,Paypal when it first open its door,it will give you $10 for signing up and another $10 if you refer someone who sign up,it giving away 6 figures at one time.
if you get a chargeback,PAYPAL will fight for you,now it just slap you with $20 chargeback fee if you lose.

Paypal doesn’t care if your stealth they never have all they care about is that cha Ching they hear with every new signup only reason they ask for anything is because the law is trying to make them act more like a bank aslong as the money flows they could care less

Does that work for an LLC or do i need to look into S and C corps. My account told me to stick with LLC's but she doesn't understand stealth.

You are using single member LLC? Yea...those are the same as a single person and people has SS numbers. Plus single member LLC have really high taxes such as self employment taxes. I dont ever use them on companies that make a profit.
